When Visiting the School...

Parents and family are always welcome and encouraged to visit the school! However, please make an appointment or call before your visit. Please do not plan to visit the school if you are sick.

When you arrive, you must check in at the school office.

Lower School: Use the doorbells at either the northeast or southeast school doors.

Upper School: Please call the Assistant Principal, LouAnne Hettinger, to let her know that you will be visiting. Then check-in at the church office before coming to a classroom.

Lunch

No school lunch is provided; children are required to bring their own lunches.

Microwave days:  Students may bring a lunch to microwave at the lower school on the days that coordinate with their pick-up cone color.  Please follow these guidelines, as it makes it much quicker for us to warm lunches in the limited time we have.

Private Music Lessons - Violin, Piano or Music Theory

We are excited to announce an opportunity for your child to participate in private violin, piano or music theory lessons with Ms. Evangeline Nelson during or after regular school hours. Ms. Nelson helped fill in last year by teaching music at NCCA to our lower school students. It is our desire as well as Ms. Nelson’s to further our students’ love for music and to provide them with an opportunity to learn an instrument with one on one instruction.

This program will be financially separate from your NCCA tuition and will be coordinated directly with Ms. Nelson. Click here for detailed information on hours of availability as well as fees for the lessons. Our 5th and 6th graders may choose to have their lessons scheduled during their “flex-time” on Tuesday or Thursday mornings, provided their school work remains caught-up and is in good standing. All lessons during and after school will take place at the lower school building.
