Adrienne Haythorn
Adrienne was born and raised in Eaton. She graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in marketing. After graduating from college, she went to work for Professional Finance Company in Greeley, CO. In 2008, after she and her husband Dan welcomed Max, the first of their three sons, she became a stay-at-home mom. Along with the activities of her three boys, Adrienne is very involved with the First Congregational Church of Eaton/Ault where she teaches two Sunday school classes, attends Bible studies, and helps with Vacation Bible School. Adrienne has always been surrounded by a family of excellent educators and has adopted a passion for the education of children. She is sensitive to the need for Christ-centered education and seeks to pursue the development of a Christian school in Northern Colorado that will excel in building up leaders all for the glory of God.
Karla Bowness
Karla graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Elementary Education/Special Education in 1978. She taught for four years in Nebraska prior to coming to Eaton, where she taught for 27 years with the Eaton RE-2 School District, retiring in May of 2011. Since her retirement, Karla has been Director of Children’s Ministries at the First Congregational Church of Eaton. Karla and her husband, John, moved to Eaton in 1982 and have been members of the Eaton Congregational Church since 1984. They have three children and four grandchildren.

Jarae Fulton
Jarae is a Professor of Communication Studies at the University of Northern Colorado. She has an undergraduate degree in Communication and Secondary Education, and a graduate degree in Communication Studies. As a follower of Christ, a mother of 3 young children, and a teacher by training and heart, she is passionate about a Christ-centered, biblically founded education for children that
pursues academic excellence and integrity. She has been a regular attender of the Eaton Congregational Church since 2012 where she is actively involved in children’s ministry.
Kathy Knapp
Kathy worked in New York State public education for 24 years retiring in June of 2014. She graduated from California State University (CSU) at Fresno in 1990 with a BA in Liberal Arts and Certification in Elementary Education. She graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland in 1994 with a MS in Education. In 2000 she attained a Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) in Educational Administration from SUNY at Cortland. Kathy taught as an elementary teacher for eight years in New York. She then advanced into administration to serve as a Middle School Principal for four years, Elementary Principal for eight years, and a Coordinator of Curriculum, Instruction and Technology for two years. Kathy and her husband Tom grew up in Upstate New York. Tom served in the United States Marine Corps for 12 years which afforded their family the opportunity to live in several parts of the country. Kathy and her husband moved to Colorado in December of 2014 after both retiring from education. They have two children and three grandchildren.
